In Ghana, multi-stakeholder workshop to review various aspects of the Minerals Development Fund Act, 2016 (Act 912) has taken place in Accra. The workshop aimed to identify issues for Regulations for the law, produce a roadmap and a establish a set of technical working groups for the drafting of the Regulations to facilitate the implementation of Act 912.
