Madam Florence, a 31-year old seamstress, hopes to sew clothes for mining workers. This goal seemed unattainable until she attended the WAGES training in Ghana. Things were difficult for her and she was almost evicted from her shop since she was unable to pay rent. She was able to save her business from collapse, improve customer relations and increase profits. She used her savings to build a new shop which she will be moving into very soon.
