In this episode, the WAGES podcast looks at the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in Ghana, specifically on women-led businesses in extractive areas. Through interviews with representatives from project partners Women in Mining and the District Assembly of Prestea-Huni Valley Municipality, we examine how government bodies, civil societies and female entrepreneurs are working through this crisis and finding innovative ways to address the challenges in their communities.
